With her warm, engaging presence, she welcomes prospective residents and families, making them feel like valued partners in their care journey. She is often one of the reasons they choose to stay. Her ability to connect people and foster relationships is at the heart of her impact.

Collaboration comes naturally to Danielle. Whether helping a resident put on their coat, answering a colleague’s question or assisting with a task on her own time, she is always ready to support others. She never hesitates to step in when needed, even balancing two roles when a colleague is away while still taking time for every resident who seeks her out.

Her positive energy extends to staff as well. Danielle is a regular contributor to Rock Star Awards, recognizing the strengths of her colleagues and ensuring their efforts don’t go unnoticed. She actively participates in the social committee, helping organize some of the most appreciated events at Villa Marie. She readily assists various departments from maintenance to recreation with anything they need.
