With a decade of experience in rural healthcare, she skillfully balances the diverse needs of patients, staff and site leadership. As the acute care assistant head nurse and local registered nurse union president, she facilitates difficult conversations with respect and professionalism, finding solutions that work for all. Whether mediating between departments, leading family conferences or improving cross-team collaboration, she fosters understanding and shared purpose.
